This policy explains what information Fuzzy Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through fflconnect.net, the FFL Connect dealer search, the FFL Connect API and the FFL Connect for WooCommerce plugin, and what we do with it.

The ZIP code and search radius you enter are sent to our API to find nearby dealers. We do not ask for your name to search. If you use a “claim this listing” or contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide.
We receive the name, email address and message you send. Contact form messages are delivered to us by email.
The plugin runs on the store’s own website. When a shopper at that store searches for a dealer, the store’s server sends us the ZIP code and radius entered, with the store’s API key. When an order is placed, the store’s server sends us the licence number of the dealer selected, so we can confirm it. We do not receive the shopper’s name, address, email or order contents. Our servers log these requests, including the store server’s IP address and the time.
The map in the dealer picker is drawn with map images from OpenStreetMap. The shopper’s browser requests those images directly from OpenStreetMap, which therefore receives the shopper’s IP address. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Dealer names, business addresses and licence numbers shown in search results come from the list of Federal Firearms Licensees published by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
If you are a licensee you can add details to your listing, or have it removed from our dealer finder, on the dealer page. When you send a request we collect your name, role, email address, phone number, any message you write and your IP address. We use them only to confirm that the request comes from the licensee and to reply to you; they are not published. We may email you or call the phone number on the licence record to confirm.
The listing details you ask us to show (website, customer phone and email, hours, transfer fee, notes and whether you handle NFA items) are published in search results, on your dealer page and to stores that use FFL Connect. You can ask us to change or remove them at any time.
We keep order and licence records for as long as your licence is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a regular schedule, and analytics data is kept only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
This website and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
