These terms apply to fflconnect.net, the FFL Connect dealer search, the FFL Connect API and licences for it. They are an agreement between you and Fuzzy Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying a licence you agree to them.
The dealer search on this website is provided free of charge for finding Federal Firearms Licensees. Listings are built from the licensee list published by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and are refreshed monthly. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is current or that a listed dealer will accept a particular transfer. Always confirm with the dealer before shipping a firearm.
FFL Connect for WooCommerce is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The plugin needs an API key to search our dealer database. A licence gives you that key and access to the FFL Connect API for one year from the date of purchase, for use on one online store.
A licence is a single payment for one year. We do not charge you automatically when the year ends. We will email you a reminder before your licence expires; if you renew, a further year is added to your existing end date and your key stays the same. If you do not renew, the key stops working when the licence ends.
If the service does not work for your store, contact us at [email protected] and tell us what is wrong. Refund requests are considered case by case. When an order is refunded, the licence it paid for ends.
We may suspend or end a licence that is used in breach of these terms.
FFL Connect helps you collect a receiving dealer for each firearm order. It is a tool, not legal advice. You remain responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your sales, including verifying the receiving dealer’s licence where the law requires it and deciding whether a sale may lawfully be made.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. By design, if the plugin cannot confirm a dealer with our service, it does not accept orders containing items that need an FFL transfer until the service can be reached again. Orders without such items are not affected.
The website, the dealer data, the API and the plugin are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales arising from use of the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for your licence in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Changes do not shorten a licence you have already paid for.
